The Space:
This waterfront home features four beautiful bedrooms, a private pool, and a dock perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards into the ocean or taking the boat out for a day on the water. Designed on a single level, it offers an open, airy layout ideal for families and groups. Enjoy comfortable, modern coastal décor, a gourmet kitchen, and spacious living areas. The patio, surrounded by tropical foliage, is perfect for family barbecues or a peaceful morning coffee. After a day on the water, unwind with a sunset on the patio or a relaxing soak in the deep tub.

-The bunk room includes a double bed at both the bottom and top bunks.
