Both feature brand new mattresses and large walk-in closets. The living room has a flat panel television above the gas fireplace and ample seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a separate dining room with seating for 6. This unit is fully stocked with towels, beach chairs and other beach gear. the large wrap around patio is perfect for BBQ's. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo is conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles. Disneyland, LEGOLAND and Knott's Berry Farm are within a 25 minute drive. With Dana point Harbor 10 minutes south and Laguna beach 10 minutes to the north, this location is ideal.
