Downstairs includes cable tv, futon, dining table, full kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer, patio with bbq/fire pit. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and a full bathroom. Grocery store and bus route within 0.5 miles. Wifi included. My husband and I live on the other side of the duplex so we are close by if you ever need anything!
