The main bedroom level has four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a double bunk room, one with two singles and two queen suites with sliding doors to the oceanside deck. Walk up the steps to a huge great room with home theater system with 52" LCD/HDTV with DVD player and surround sound, vaulted ceilings, skylights and unlimited views of the ocean. A large kitchen and dining room make this the perfect place for family and friends to stretch out. From the great room you can step outside to the furnished upper deck, relax in the hot tub, or check out the action in the pool down below. Set above the great room are two magnificent king suites, each with TV/DVDs and their own full bath and private balcony! There's is no place like SUNTANA for your family vacation.
New for 2026: Exciting updates include new flooring, fresh paint, updated furnishings, new bedding and mattresses, upgraded lighting and ceiling fans, refreshed décor, new door hardware, and new window treatments throughout.
Bathrooms have been remodeled with new vanities, mirrors, and fixtures, with three bathrooms featuring new tiled showers with glass doors. The kitchen has been reconfigured to add additional cabinetry and now includes a beverage fridge in the island, quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, custom shelving, and new dishware and cookware.
Exterior updates include upgraded front porch and stairs with new composite decking, new deck handrails, updated window trim, a refaced pool equipment house, and upgraded outdoor showers.
