Summary: Our door to the hallway didn’t lock. Bathroom was very poorly lit. Kleenex box but no Kleenex. Our room was on the second floor but no elevator. Had to drag our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Dirty and worn out hallway carpet. Glass doors were filthy.
