Located in a quiet neighborhood with an exclusive sugar sand beach at the end of the road accessible only to residents. The owner/designer spared no expense in a recent renovation with top of the line appliances, fixtures, furnishings and amenities. The house is beautifully decorated with large windows and skylight letting in lots of light.
The first floor features a mudroom with laundry and full bath, great for a quick rinse after the beach, a sun filled chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances and radiant heat flooring absolutely perfect for entertaining, a dining room, a den with tv and twin daybed, and finally a living room with piano and fireplace. Off the kitchen is a screened porch with a dining table and sofa. Just outside is a spacious backyard with a patio, grill, lounge seating and fire pit.
The second floor features a master bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds and two twin floor mattresses.
