Spacious living area with sectional and 65" television as well as a sitting area with vintage rattan chairs. Large primary suite with updated bathroom, double vanity, rain shower and large walk in closet. 2 other bedrooms with closets share the second full bath. Laundry on main floor.
Upper deck has a grill, teak dining table and sitting area. Lower deck has a large outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. After dinner, grab a blanket and a bottle of wine and walk to the private beach to see the best sunsets in Montauk. When you return, get cozy and roast some marshmallows around the fire pit.
