Off the living room is access to an ocean side deck. The full kitchen comes fully stocked making family dinners a breeze. There’s plenty of seating space with an 8 person dining table and an additional 4 seats at the bar. A high chair is stored in the master bedroom closet. The deck access off the dining room takes you to a covered, outdoor dining table for 6 with additional captain chairs to enjoy water views and amazing sunsets. Grill masters can take advantage of the new gas grill provided. A half bath for convenience is located on this level.
