Summary: The hotel was cold. The toilet didn’t flush. I had to open the bowl to flush it. The pool had sand, a bandaid, and big hair ball in it. The hot tub didn’t work. The breakfast was poor. They only had cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit. My family has a gluten allergy and couldn’t eat anything but yogurt and bananas. The apple juice was gone and the orange juice was mixed with the pomegranate juice. Puke in the parking lot. When I told the front desk staff about the toilet he said, “not that I think you are lying but I guests have said this before and then I flushed it.” Well it didn’t work for me and my kids. He seemed irritated with me that I told him about the puke. He didn’t apologize.
