The primary bedroom has an attached remodeled bathroom with large walk-in shower. Two bedrooms semi-private with open ceilings to beautiful cathedral log ceilings. Third bedroom tucked away from living area. Living area open concept with views to the lake. Sunroom makes a perfect spot to relax with a book while looking out on the lake. A large two-tier walkout deck makes for perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
The lake is very clean and surrounded by mature trees for a beautiful setting. We have resident loons and eagles during the summer. All-sports access: fishing, boating, skiing, jet-skis, paddle boards and kayaks are all welcome. Lake has a no-wake rule from 7:30 pm until 11:30 am, allowing for tranquil mornings and evenings, and still plenty of time for all the fun during the day.
Waters and Heart Lake are just 15 minutes to Gaylord with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The cottage is close to I-75 and just an hour to Mackinac or Traverse City.
