THINGS TO KNOW
• Please note that this is a 3 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• The fireplaces in this home are inoperable and for decorative purposes only.
To reduce fire hazard, fireplace is not to be used.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
