Experience the luxury and charm of a completely renovated and expanded beach cottage with brand new appliances, furniture, and finishes throughout, including central air conditioning and heating plus the convenience of a prime, in-town location - an easy walk to most everything.
The house is located in "The Pines" neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach, named for the abundance of pine trees. The Pines is one of the most desirable locations in-town Rehoboth Beach because it offers easy access to the restaurants, shops, and the beach, while being blessed with large numbers of old growth trees in the heart of town. Many of our guests park their cars once they arrive and simply walk or bike around town for the rest of their stay.
The property includes:
- A prime in-town location, walk to everything in Rehoboth (2 short blocks to Rehoboth Avenue, 5 blocks to the beach/ocean and boardwalk)
- Your own private oasis consisting of a large, private in-ground pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens, outdoor lounge furniture and outdoor shower, and a gas grill. (Pool is open early-May through early October and is NOT heated.)
- A screened front porch surrounded by mature hydrangea, with very comfortable lounge furniture and a ceiling fan creating a perfect spot for relaxing, a nap or simply watching the world go by.
- Two comfortable living spaces with large sectional sofas: living room with 55-inch tv over the gas fireplace and second floor family room with 65-inch tv. Both are perfect for a family movie night after a day in the pool or at the beach!
- Four (4) Bedrooms (all with flat screen televisions for streaming shows) and Four (4) Full Bathrooms:
-- Primary Bedroom on the main level of the house with a king-size bed and door to back deck plus luxury en-suite bathroom with spa shower, double vanities, heated tile floors & heated towel bar and large walk-in closet with additional washer/dryer. Faces towards back of house. Sleeps 2.
-- Bedroom #2 on the second floor with king-size bed and en-suite tiled shower bathroom with separate water closet (aka toilet room). Faces towards front of house. Sleeps 2.
-- Bedroom #3 on the second floor with queen-size bed and en-suite tiled shower bathroom. Faces towards back of house. Sleeps 2.
-- Bedroom #4 on the second floor with twin-over-twin bunk bed and second full bed. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination just outside the bedroom door. Faces towards from of house. Sleeps 4.
