With no other homes in sight, trees-a-plenty, lake view and windows galore, this home will put you at ease. The house is recently remodeled, giving you the modern farmhouse feel. Large living areas and plenty of bedrooms make this a comfortable gathering place for up to 10!
You will notice the beautiful details right as you walk up to the home. Everything from a limestone sidewalk, to live edge bench, awesome beams in the oversized living room, and quartz countertops in the kitchen! This home is very comfortable as well. Lazy boy couches, with USB chargers and auto recliners, swivel rockers, Roku TV, large dining room that includes a beverage bar, fully stocked kitchen (kiddo stuff too) with eating bar and accessible laundry area all on the main level!
The main floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed, black-out curtains, and attached bathroom. Up the short staircase is the nursery and twin-bed equipped room. Once again, there are black out curtains so your littles can sleep! Next, you will come across the beautiful, well-lit office with a large desk, small sink for projects, and kiddo art area among all the windows. The queen master is on the upper level with attached bathroom. Lastly, the bunk room is an oversized place with twin bunk beds, a twin loft bed, and a queen-sized bed. This room is also a rec area with kiddo books, toys, and a Roku TV. All bedding is new and we have plenty of pillows and blankets to make it a great night’s sleep.
The outdoors doesn't disappoint either. An oversized deck is just off the kitchen and dining room complete with a 6-top table and Weber grill. There is plenty of other built-in seating around the deck with small table tops as well. Now with a great lake view that can be seen from the deck and living room windows. Once again – this is all in complete privacy thanks to the amazing trees all around. There is even a little cabin and playset just off the deck for kiddos to play in!
The 15-minute drive from Manhattan will feel like a breeze as you take in the amazing views of the Flint Hills and Tuttle Creek Lake. The road is well maintained and paved with just the last 80 yards being gravel as you pull into the property’s dead-end road.
Did I mention the exceptional parking (up to 10), two Roku TVs, and fast Wi-Fi (Starlink)?
