Summary: reserved a non-smoking room with a king size bed and we were checked into a smoking room with two double beds. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. A used condom wrapper was on the floor beside the bed. When I tied to opened the freezer, the microwave fell off of the top of the freezer and I was lucky to catch it. The shower was dirty, the mirror was smeared, the bed sheets looked dirty, and the curtain had a rip in it that people could look through.
