Elegant oceanfront house in the upscale North Topsail community of Villas By The Sea, just a short driving distance from Surf City and Sneads Ferry. This is one of the most exclusive and serene locations on the island. This particular unit is an end unit, and a taller high rise which gives you immaculate views. This part of the beach is secluded and quiet, giving you and your family excellent beach access. There are breathtaking beach views from both the lower and upper decks, allowing you pristine views of the sunrise over the ocean. You can actually see the waves from the living area, and from the kitchen while eating or cooking. Not only is it furnished for supreme comfort, it is spacious and is decorated to make you feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you walk in. A centralized elevator makes it easy for guests to unload luggage and groceries from the 1st level to the 2nd level (please note the elevator does not go past the 2nd floor). The property has an oceanfront community pool reserved for community members only, and sits on a private and secluded section of North Topsail Beach. This unit has its own beach access separate from the Villas community access. Ample parking space will allow you and your guests to park comfortably, easily accommodating 4 or more cars (depending on the size of the vehicles), with covered parking for 2 cars. For large groups, we also have the unit next door, 874 Villas Drive! Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Your key code will be sent to you when your property is ready. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Maximum occupancy is 13 at any time. Your check-in time begins at 4:00 pm.
