Home has a front porch/deck and a spacious rear deck with a picnic table. Concrete lower deck area has a 10x20 in-ground fiberglass pool. The property is across from the Nags Head Golf Links that is open to the public. The house is convenient to shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Outer Banks attractions include four (4) lighthouses (including the famous Cape Hatteras lighthouse), fishing piers, the Lost Colony play, Wright Brothers Memorial and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Roanoke Island, just across the sound from Nags Head has small shops, a waterfront boardwalk and the Festival Park with a full size replica of the Elizabeth II, a pre-colonial sailing ship. Wild horse tours are also available in Corolla north of Nags Head.
Rentals are for related family groups only and are Friday-to-Friday to avoid heavy weekend beach traffic on changeover days. Linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including children. DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WITH THE BACKYARD POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE.
