We are a residential resort located on Vero Beach's Barrier Island, approximately 400 feet from the ocean, boardwalk, and beach. Our residential cottage living units are custom designed to be our guest's home away from home. "A New England beach house in a Southern tropical climate." All of the cottages are equipped with premium appliances and high end furnishings to meet all the conveniences and expectations we take for granted at home. The Cottages has a private courtyard, pool, tables, chairs, and lounges for the exclusive use of our guests. These units are homes in a resort environment. It is our desire to make the Cottages the best that Vero Beach has to offer in residential accommodations.
