Wonderful large yard with trees and privacy and your own pool! 3 Bedroom -2.5 bath. Master is King and en suite bath with shower. Second bedroom is Queen with full bath in hallway. 3rd bedroom is a trundle bed that can be 2 Twin or 1 King if you raise the bottom Twin trundle. It is on the opposite side of the house with the 1/2 bathroom. Easy access to I-35, 183, 290, and close to Mueller and downtown. Great 15 minute ride to Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Fully furnished and with all the comforts of home. The couches and beds and chairs are very comfortable. There are 2 living areas of which one is more of a game room and office and the other is open to the kitchen and more like a family room. Outside their is a patio table, grill, chaise lounges and chairs. There are some pool floats provided. Please obey the posted pool rules. The yard is large to play badminton or croquet. Bring your furry friends, but please keep them out of the pool. Inside is a fully stocked kitchen. Stocked spices! A nice retreat in the middle of town. Enjoy one of the great restaurants or lounge at the pool and grill at home. First time vacation rental!
