Our guests have full, private access to the unit, with contactless check-in and out available. Please note there is no elevator and stair access is required to the entrance of the unit.

• A parking pass will be issued for each vehicle and is valid for a period of 7 days. It must be renewed at the security gate every 7 days.

• Passes for the pool are provided during your stay, a $150 replacement fee will be charged if the passes are not return by check out.

The gated Ventura Country Club located on the east side of Orlando, minutes from major highways and the international airport, offers an 18 hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. Tee times can be booked online, please visit their website for pricing as it can fluctuate.
There are several neighborhoods located in Ventura. Our home is located in the Willowpointe neighborhood and comes with access to the community pool just steps outside your front door! The community pool is open from 5am - 9pm daily and requires a pass to enter, which is included in your stay.
