This Upper Cove home on the Tennessee River is a dream! Only 15 minutes from downtown; experience the river and use our kayaks, canoe, firepit and private dock to enjoy the expansive 180 degree views of the river and the mountains beyond! Cozy up by the fire while overlooking the river in the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. This property offers a tranquil and idyllic getaway with the novelty and comfort of staying in a large home that can fit the whole family.

**Please note: This is one of 3 vacation rentals on the property. There is a basement vacation rental under this home and the guest house on the property is also a vacation rental. Each unit has their own private entrance and you will not be able to access the other units from the inside. The dock, waterfront,canoe, kayaks, and fire pit down by the dock are all a shared space on the property.
Layout: When entering our Upper Cove home, you are instantly met with beautiful views of the water and a large open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, bakeware, and plate-ware and it includes a crockpot, blender and toaster as well. Next to the kitchen is a large spacious dining room table that will seat 12. To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom with a spacious king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a standing shower and jacuzzi tub! Upstairs you will find a large room with 4 twin beds overlooking the water. These 4 twin beds can also be pushed together to create 2 King bedsif you'd like to do so.)Across this room is a full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed.
If you have a boat, there is plenty of room for parking a trailer in front of the home and you can tie your boat off at the dock during your stay! There is a very convenient boat ramp 2 miles down the road!
The Upper Cove home is very family friendly and provides a crib, a booster seat, first aid supplies, and child safe dish-ware in the kitchen. There is grill and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views on the back deck.
There are smart TV's in each bedroom and the living room as well as high speed wireless internet throughout the home. There is NO cable or satellite TV. To watch movies, we have a Netflix account that you can use but you will need to log into your own accounts if you'd like to use Prime, HBO, etc.
**This home is on the Central Time Zone! Chattanooga is on the border of the Central and Eastern time zone. Downtown Chattanooga is on the Eastern time zone.
