Just a short stroll from town and beautiful rolling waves, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Step through the front door and find yourself in a quaint living room where you will be greeted by a rustic stone fireplace which will keep you nice and warm on cold, stormy nights. A luxurious, L-shaped couch, and large, flat-screen TV provide the perfect place to stretch out and relax after a lively day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even leads to its own little reading nook with a lovely outside view. The dining room is located to the right of the kitchen and features a sizable table with plenty of room for everyone to share warm meals and fun, family games.
Walter House's full, downstairs bathroom is located in the laundry room, which can be accessed through the kitchen or the back deck. This means that after some seashore fun, you can quickly clean those sandy clothes in the wash and rinse off that salt water in the shower, while keeping your beach abode nice and sand free.
Climb the stairs to the second floor where you will see Walter House's 3 bedrooms. To the right, you will find the master, replete with a comfy, king bed and flat-screen TV. The small, fenced in backyard still provides enough room for a game of tag or touch football. This is also a great place to sit out at night and watch the stars.
