Summary: The only criticism I have was the cove restaurant was over priced and the service was slow and we asked for a dessert menu and waited about 45 minutes other people with babies were serviced before us we felt ignored by the staff and then to add service charge of £8.10 was a really bad when there really was no service at all My husband and I were on the 2nd floor and he couldn’t manage all the steps so they did move us to the 1st floor however our room was tiny but I couldn’t ask them to move us again so we stuck with it but would have preferred a bigger room when your paying £150 a night the swimming pool was lovely I think when you have teenagers maybe they need to have things for them to do to like mocktail making or movies for teens or arts and crafts for them etc
