Summary: Called ahead and requested our room be in the north end of the property and was told they would have no trouble accommodating our request. Instead they put us in the opposite end of the building by the person at the front desk. The room was very worn and not what we requested. The person who checked us in also would not provide my husband with a parking pass, which was also a block away, making it difficult to unload as there was very little parking at the entrance to the hotel. We went back to the desk and requested to speak to the manager and they moved us to the location we had requested, gave my husband an additional parking pass as we had driven separately and the room was much better. Our stay overall once the room situation was resolved was okay. This hotel is very worn and definitely requires updating, and the check-in process is quite difficult. It needs some major TLC. request
