Large open lawn is great for kids/family activities such as volleyball, croquet, soccer, lacrosse or playing catch. One guest even taught their children how to ride a bike on the lawn! This home's great layout provides easy indoor/outdoor transitions & is ideal for entertaining. Start your day with a walk or jog to town along Old Montauk Highways's scenic ocean path to grab a coffee. Upon returning, stroll down to Hither Hills' expansive & uncrowded "private" beach. After soaking in the sun & waves, rinse off in the outdoor shower and have friends over for a BBQ while the kids hold a cannonball contest in the IG pool!
