Open Kitchen to the spacious living room (boasting 6 reclining chairs) with a flat screen tv, enclosed (sound proof) game room with 60 game console, and Ping Pong table overlooking the water! Amazing views from every window! Master bedroom (main floor) includes a separate large shower and soaking tub! Outdoor water craft includes two paddle boards, three Kayaks, floats, and 7 life jackets (5 adult, 2 child). Multiple cleats for docking your own water craft, as well as private water entry in community for private watercraft launching.
Ample sleeping space for 14 people (note: overnight occupancy 14):
Master Bedroom (King size bed) includes large walk in closet, flat screen TV, large bath on main level.
Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom includes (bedroom 2) two double beds sleeps 4. (Bedroom 3) One bunk bed with twin over double , and a Queen sized bed as well sleeping 5 total! Additional Lodging in Apartment studio above garage with separate stair entrance, kitchenette with microwave, sink, and mini fridge. (Sleeps 4) Large flat screen TV, Queen bed, Queen sofa sleeper, and full bath.
ONE dog considered (no puppies allowed). No Cats allowed. Please select pet deposit if this option is chosen.
