The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, new countertops, large over sink window which looks out onto the back yard. The property has a large living room with plenty of seating, 42 inch smart TV and a DVD library with over 200 movies. Smart TVs with Netflix and everything you need. Room darkening curtains in all bedrooms.
Window air conditioners are installed in every room from May through September to keep you and your family and friends cool. Heating is included for colder seasons.
The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected once a week. No extra fee for cleaning. Washer and dryer, Dishwasher, electric range, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, grill etc are all included.

It is truly one of the best and unique properties located on the cape island within walking distance to all the attractions that the cape has to offer. We recently installed a 32 x 32 full size basketball court and a large play ground for your family to enjoy. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards!!
