This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to all house rules below. Violations constitute a material breach of the reservation agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, removal from the property, and additional charges.
