On the ground level, you’ll find a second full-size refrigerator for extra storage, perfect for beverages and groceries. This level includes an ensuite pyramid bunk room with a sleep sofa (queen). Step outside under the covered deck to fire up the gas grill and enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The garage offers extra space for guest use, and there’s an exterior closet for storing beach gear. Parking accommodates 4–5 vehicles in the driveway. From here, take the private boardwalk to the sound for quiet mornings or stunning twilight views.
The middle level features three inviting bedrooms. One queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twins and the third is a queen ensuite with its own bath and shower.
