Sound of Freedom is an elegant Topsail Island vacation rental home that was formerly known as Villa La Jolla. This lovely oceanfront beach home was completely renovated and upgraded with many new items and features including, but not limited to, a new glamour master bath. All of this was made available during the 2016 rental season. There was also an elevator added with these new upgrades, making access to the upper floor levels an ease.
Nestled inside the private, gated and secluded enclave of Ocean Sound Village, Sound of Freedom is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Stunning panoramic vistas, a professionally decorated interior and regal comforts with attention to details exemplify why this estate beach home is in such high demand with vacationers.
This private home boasts 7 bedrooms with 6 baths -- five are oceanfront rooms while the remaining two have views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Swim laps in the private pool, or stroll along the beach of the Carolina coast just steps from the oceanfront decks and private beach walkway. This spacious home features casual yet elegant designs with light and bright colors to enhance your mood. A hot tub was added for the 2020 season.
The top floor Great Room, with its cathedral ceiling, is the heart of the home, commanding an impressive view of the Atlantic and opening out to a large deck. Host your own DVD movie on the big screen home theater or relax to your favorite jazz artists with surround sound speaker system. Enjoy tranquil early morning sunrises from the upper level master bedroom, or watch the sun set while eating on the sound side covered porch. Create sumptuous meals from your catch of the day in the gourmet stainless steel kitchen with granite counters and cherry cabinetry. Treat the family to a fresh clam bake around the enormous dining table that seats 14, or sort through your shell collection at the round craft table that seats five.
The lower floor has a family room equipped with a complete media system (X-Box 360 console and games, video library), board games and a sleeper sofa for those late night movie sessions or parent free zone. There are many TVs throughout the home.
Other facilities include an enclosed garage and a covered outdoor hot shower/changing room. The pool will be open from May-October. This home will sleep 20 people comfortably.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
A grill is not provided with this property but a rental grill can be obtained through the management company. When booking this rental property, simply request a grill and it will be added to your reservation.
The Pool will be open from May – October. Hot Tub will be available year-round with a mandatory $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.

PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
