The home is a two-story, two bedroom log cabin situated directly on the Green Acres lake. The main level features a family room with stone fireplace, Yodel wood-burning stove, full kitchen with granite countertops and copper touches, bedroom and full bath. Upstairs is a lofted primary suite with ensuite bath and stunning lake views. The downstairs bedroom can be used as a dedicated workspace or fitted with a full size bed.
In the backyard, take in the beautiful sunset and mountain views from the covered porch or gather around the fire pit to socialize and unwind.
The backyard also features a private dock, which provides easy access to boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. We provide a kayak and a fishing pole and tackle for to use during your stay.
Gardening enthusiasts will enjoy the high-end greenhouse with automated climate control.
Guests will have access to a communal beach, swimming area and pavilion.
The cabin is a 15 minute drive from the Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, which provides access to a wide variety of trails, overlooks and waterfalls. The surrounding area also includes a large number of breweries and vineyards all within driving distance.
