The breakfast bar with quartz counter tops seats 10 people while the Serena & Lily Dining Table seats 12. There is also room for more in breakfast nook, which seats an additional 5 guests. The kitchen and dining areas open to an expansive living space for family gatherings, game night, or streaming a movie on the 65” Smart TV. Access to the 2nd level decks offer incredible views of Sandbridge Beach. Sandbridge Sunrises are one of a kind, and this home offers the perfect vantage point.
