2111 Jenkins Street is a family owned 4 BR, 4BA beach home located on a quiet street just a few hundred feet from beach access. It offers an open floor plan anchored by a spacious kitchen between a large front porch for rocking, and screened porch perfect for relaxing or outside dining.
Three bedrooms offer queen beds, televisions and their own private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has a pair of comfy twin beds and shares the downstairs guest bathroom. There’s an unexpected bonus area upstairs which boast an additional gathering area with a tv and another pair of twin beds. This is a perfect area for the kids. Those staying in the bonus area share the guest bathroom downstairs.
Plenty of parking available with an abundance of outdoor space underneath to park your boat, rented golf cart, or just for enjoying family gatherings rain or shine!
