This 355 sq. ft. first-floor studio efficiency is located on the side of the building and does not have an ocean view, offering a quieter, more private setting while still giving you full access to the beachfront property. The unit features a larger interior than most studios with balconies and includes one main living/sleeping area plus a separate bathroom, accessible by about four steps.
