Bring the kids, as they will love the pool table and kids suite. 3 bedrooms on first floor - Kids room decorated in surfer theme has 2 full beds, and 1 pull out single - 2nd has queen bed - 3rd has twin bed and full. Master bedroom is on the 3rd level and is equipped with a KING size bed (800 thread count sheets), sitting area, and beautiful master bath with double shower, double sink and walk in closet.
The kitchen is gorgeous and equipped with stainless steel appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, electric flat top stove, side by side refrigerator, granite tops, hardwood floors, double sink, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, serving set for 12 - plates, saucers, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, 8 wine glasses, tea pot, bakeware, serving dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans (All one would need for cooking and enjoying a gourmet meal). Gas Grill located on 2nd level deck for cooking and eating outdoors (gas tank may need to be refilled). Extra Large Capacity Washer and Dryer on site, as well as Iron and Ironing Board.
Each bedroom has its own TV, 30' or larger, with the living room offering a 65 inch flat screen and Blu Ray DVD player (Bring your favorite movies).

All bedding is provided, but towels are provided at an additional cost.
There are 4 beach chairs on site and a beach cart for easy carrying to beach.
NO PETS ALLOWED and a cleaning fee of $250 will be retained from the damage deposit if there is evidence of pets upon vacating.
There will be enough paper products to get you through at least 1 day, but it is the tenants responsibility to bring their own.
Clean Bed linens are provided in the rental rate, and beds will be made by the cleaning crew prior to you arrival.
Linen service is available for $100 fee and automatically generated in the quote. If you wish to opt out of this service and bring your own towels, you must do so at least 10 days prior to your stay (if paid for when booked, you will be refunded your $100). This service includes 12 sets of clean towels for use during your stay. Fees are charged from damage deposit for missing, damaged or heavily stained towels, as follows: $2 for wash cloths, $5 for hand towels, and $10 for bath towels.
Beach towels are available for rent for $6 each.
