This lovely home is Based in the heart of Middlesbrough close to the train station and James Cook Hospital and only 5 minutes from Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium, also plenty of shopping areas including Teeside Park and Cleveland Retail Park with every shop you could want! Hollywood Bowl, Cinema, Ninja Warriors and much more within a 10 Minute Drive!
Only 15 minutes from Redcar Seaside, and 20 minutes from Saltburn. Perfect place to stay and recently fully renovated to the highest standard!
This Property has 3 Bedrooms (2 Large Bedrooms) which are home to Double Beds, Comfy Mattreses, Bedside tables and Bedside lamps, both large bedrooms have Wardrobes and large flatscreen smart TVs with full black out curtains and Blinds, the smaller bedroom is home to a single bed again with a comfy mattress and a dressing table and mirror perfect, also has a Smart TV, and black out curtains and Blinds.
The bathroom has recently also gone a full upgrade which is home to a separate quadrant shower and separate bath, sink and toilet, fully tiled with a nice large mirror.
The Front room is home to a large flatscreen Smart TV and a Brand new 5 Seater corner Sofa, with a side lamp to dull down the room for those cozy nights.
The kitchen has everything you should need including a washing machine and condenser dryer, with oven, microwave, hob, Built in Fridge/Freezer, Built in Bin Cupboard and all the cutlery, pots and pans you should need to cook up a nice meal, also boasts a Breakfast bar area with 3 Stools.
