Beautiful 3 bedroom colonial home set on 4 landscaped acres with large blue stone patios. Available for Notre Dame football games and select weekends (commencement, Junior Parents Weekend, college move-in and move-out). Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame, 20 minutes to wine country, and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Perfect for families, those who want to enjoy the football experience and retreat to a peaceful beautiful setting. The house can accommodate 6 in beds and up to two additional people either on the couch or provided air matress. There is ample space for outside activities. We allow celebrations on the property with prior approval.
Guests also have the option to book this home as a true bed and breakfast, please inquire on pricing if interested. Additionally, owner is a personal chef and cooking instructor and for an additional fee may be contracted to provide meals.
Important to note the owners live in separate wing, with private entrance, of the main house with their very friendly dog, a Brittany named Poppy.
There are two other buildings on the property used for vacation rentals. 750 SF studio apartment and 450 SF cottage. Please inquire if you wish to rent the main house plus the studio apartment and cottage.
