Pawleys Island is the oldest seaside community in the U.S. Our property overlooks the scenic marsh and you can hear the ocean from our backyard. It is a 10-minute drive from the beach and provides more privacy and quiet than beachfront homes. The view is breathtaking at all times of day, as you can view in our photos.
