'Beach Haven' features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony access with a gorgeous ocean view – perfect for watching the sunrise! It also offers a large walk-in closet and a luxurious private bath with a jacuzzi-style tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a large desk for any remote work needs. The third bedroom is ideal for families, offering two sets of twin bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. For your entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with new SMART TVs. Just remember to bring your passwords!
The large kitchen, recently updated with a new refrigerator, microwave, and wine/beverage fridge, offers a stunning ocean view. You'll also find a convenient coffee station with a Keurig one-cup, French Press, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dinnerware, flatware, cooking, and bakeware, and it opens to a spacious dining room with seating for eight, making serving and clean-up a breeze. The dining room flows into the living room, which features a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is anchored by a brand new 55” SMART-TV with comfortable seating for everyone and provides easy access to the large balcony.
Sandbridge Dunes Condominium is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, with convenient access to a market and restaurants. The building's atrium offers a large in-ground pool with plenty of tables, chairs, and chaises for relaxation. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are also available on the pool deck. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space, you'll find a large locked closet perfect for storing your beach equipment (chairs, wagons, toys). Please note that all these condo amenities, including pool use, are restricted to tenants only.
**Important Parking Information:**
* EV Parking is **NOT** permitted inside the parking garage or in designated areas outside the building due to proximity concerns.
* Any additional parking without signs is permitted, but please be aware that these spots are limited.
* The indoor parking garage has a height limit of 6 feet 4 inches. Large vehicles with rooftop luggage racks must park in spaces outside the garage.
* Tenants must use their assigned parking space in the covered garage if their vehicle fits.
* Extra-wide, jumbo, or oversized trucks must park outside the parking garage near the entrance.
