The spacious main suite on the top floor invites you to relax and unwind. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
