Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this 1,800-square-foot condo offers all the comforts of home and has been recently refreshed with a light and airy feel. The decor exudes a fun and relaxing vibe that will make anyone smile!
The primary bedroom features double sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, providing a lovely space to unwind. The spacious kitchen boasts ample counter space and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for that perfect morning cup. The family room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa and offers French door access to the expansive balcony—ideal for an afternoon siesta.
A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the main hallway. Step outside to the courtyard, where you’ll find a step-in entry pool with a jetted area for relaxation and plenty of seating for lounging or snacking. There’s even a grill for those enjoyable outdoor meals.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
