You’ll love this condo for its ample space, beautiful views, thoughtful amenities, and short walk to the mountain. Inside, you will find a luxurious southwestern-styled home, well-equipped kitchen, high-speed wifi, cable tv, two desks, and gorgeous gas fireplace. On-site are two large hot tubs, a sauna, and a gear rental and repair shop! We're a one-minute walk to the slopes and Mountaineer Square—then a free 10 min bus ride to America's last great ski town!

The space:
This ground floor end unit is easy to access—no steps from your car into the unit—but preserves great views of Mt Crested Butte and has ample space to relax. Our unit is one flight of stairs from the quieter of the two building hot tubs. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking great meals and you’ll love watching movies or the game on the 65” TV while the gas fireplace warms the room. When work calls, you can escape to the master bedroom and enjoy the large desk or work from the living room and keep an eye on the action.

The entire condominium plus all building amenities--two parking lots, two hot tubs, two saunas, and a grilling deck!

The hot tubs are managed by the building HOA, and can be taken offline for repairs or maintenance with no notice. These events are beyond my control and we cannot offer refunds if there is a closure that impacts your stay.
