ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking as there is a minimum $500 charge for smoking of any kind in the unit. For a early check in an additional fee of $40 will be applied per time of arrival. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that is not arranged with us. Parties or EVENTS are not allowed! We do have a camera on the door to see how many people are entering the unit. You will be required to leave without a refund and charged an additional $300 minimum. If you have more people at any given time then booked for you will be charged $40 per person along with Airbnb fees or asked to leave. NO loud music, if noise violations are present you will be asked to leave with NO REFUND and charged an additional $300 minimum. For any additional trash left in the unit more than standard you will be charged a $75 fee minimum. In addition, Please hold on to keys as that’s your only way to get in and out of the building.
