There is a LONG-TERM TENANT that lives in the basement apartment. Quiet hours are 10p to 8a. We want to keep those tenants and our neighbors happy so please keep noise down during these hours. No Smoking Please do not smoke in our home. If you are going to smoke on the patio, please make sure not to leave cigarette butts anywhere but in the trash can. If we can smell cigarette smoke after you leave there will be a $500 fine. We take this very seriously.
