Calgary is quite high in elevation and therefore air conditioning is only installed seasonally during the summer months.
Due to COVID restrictions we can not accept ANY guest that is not listed in the original booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if other non-registered/listed guests are on the property. Unregistered guest is anyone over the number originally requested in your booking. If you book for 3 and show up with 6, there are 3 unregistered guests. Failure to process payment in a timely manner will result in immediate termination of the rental and no refund will be given for any partial funds paid. Tampering with any of the safety equipment (ie smoke/CO detectors, noise/humidity monitors, security cameras) around the unit will result in a $250 charge and can result in immediate termination of booking without refund. Quiet hours after 10 pm. Noise complaints can result in cancellation of booking. Pets allowed with fee ($75) All units are strictly NON-SMOKING. Violation of this rule will result in remediation charges which vary with the amount of work required to repair the unit. Smoking or burning of any substance will incur additional fees as per the smoking cleaning fee. We require a copy of government issued photo ID to be sent to the host. If you are unwilling to provide ID, we will not issue check in instructions and may cancel the booking without refund. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at all properties. Violation of this house rule will result in cancellation of your booking with no refund and may incur additional fees to clean and repair the unit. There are cameras mounted on the exterior of the house and in the entry area. Our cleaning policy is based on a courteous guest (one who generally leaves the space as they found it:) If our cleaning team discovers an unreasonable mess after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 at our sole decision. Guests agree that the host will be given the opportunity to correct any deficiency with the unit in a reasonable time period. Late check out is only provided when approved in writing in advance of the checkout date. If authorized, late check out is 11:30 PM. If we authorize a late check out, there will be a $29 fee. A same day late check out request will incur a fee of $49 if authorized before 10:00 AM. An unauthorized late checkout will incur a $149 late check out fee. Late checkout is considered being in the property 30 minutes after checkout time. Two hours after the checkout time you will be billed for an additional day. This does not constitute occupancy for the remainder of that day. Should you fail to check out beyond two hours after the check out time, you will be responsible for any cost occurred in accommodating other guests and any resolution associated with the subsequent booking. If rules are not followed resulting in the cancellation or accommodation of any kind for a subsequent guest, you are responsible for these losses and fees associated with the refund/cancellation or accommodation of any other booking. You agree to book in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property or the reputation of the host or his business because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by the Channel or the host in the event that a violation of the host`s rules occur.
