The primary suite also has a private deck for your own personal view of the ocean. The game room boasts finished wood floors, a large-screen TV, a beautiful slate pool table, comfy seating, and a half bath to service the game room and pool area. The owners of this 4,000-square-foot, semi-oceanfront beauty have continually made improvements, upgrades, and changes to enhance your vacation experience. The owners are proud to share their slice of Sandbridge paradise with you. The house's other features include a private pool and a massive, second-floor, wrap-around sun deck both with lots of deck furniture. There is a fabulous party gazebo located poolside that offers its own refrigerator and plenty of bar stools for those who want a break from the sun. Enjoy cooking up some barbecue with the grill located next to the gazebo and hot tub. Is the ocean calling you? Convenient beach access is located right across the street.
