Bring your family and friends to enjoy the majestic, crystal scenery looking out over pristine mountains. “Lookout Over Lapis” invites you to experience the adventures that await right outside the door. As you walk into this “mountain modern” home you will be overwhelmed with the views that surround you. The living room encourages you to explore the mountains with Gold Link chair lift just a short walk away. The open-concept living area and kitchen boast glass doors and windows from floor to ceiling, along with a dining table that seats eight, a large island with additional seating, and modern appliances.
The Owners Retreat with a king-size bed provides a full view of the mountain with another wall of glass. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a waterfall shower and dual sinks, as well as a dressing area and oversized closet with built-in shelving. There is a second suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. An additional kingbedroom with no private bath, but a third full bathroom is accessible to all guests off of the main living area. Additionally, there is a loft area with two sets of built-in bunk beds (accessed via a pull-out ladder) for the kids where they can play Xbox and enjoy their space while you delight in the warmth of the picturesque scenery surrounding you.
The back patio runs the entire length of the house, has lots of outdoor seating and a large hot tub that seats eight, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking. This home has everything you need for your relaxing and exciting mountain getaway.
If you want to bring more friends, the “Lookout Over Lapis Apartment” may also be rented along with the main house. If your desire is to have a special night where more friends join you for dinner you must rent the apartment so that your special night doesn't interfere with someone else's stay. The apartment does not share space with the main house, unless you wish it to. Their outdoor space is completely separate! But extra guest could disturb them and we want everyone to enjoy their own special mountain getaway. The only shared space is the driveway, and having extra guests could cause a problem. So, if you want to have a special dinner with more friends and family, renting the apartment is a must. If it is already taken by someone else, you cannot host your dinner here. So act quickly! This place is awesome!!
