Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 2 twin beds. Bedroom #2 on the first floor contains 1 queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower.
The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2 decks. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.
Bedroom #3 on the third floor contains a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen bed. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a tub.

GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.

We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.
