The house has 5 bedrooms: 3 for guests (the other 2 are home to my parrots, but they will NOT be there during your stay [* however, if you’re allergic to birds, please do not book]). The master bedroom is on the ground floor, so no stairs are required.
There are 2.5 bathrooms. Sunscreen, body moisturizer, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioners, etc., are provided for FREE.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots, a pressure cooker, a 2-in-1 toaster/oven, a sandwich maker, a full-size oven, a water boiler, 3 different types of coffee makers, and more. Drinking water is purified using a 5-stage RO filter system made in the USA, eliminating PFAS and the need for bottled water.
Additional amenities include an upstairs patio, a gym room, and a media room with an elliptical trainer and a 110-inch movie screen.
The backyard pool isn’t filled with water. [IMPORTANT: Please avoid this area to prevent accidents.] However, our kid-friendly community pool (free with my keypass, open from late spring to early fall) and playground are within a short walking distance, open from 8 am to 10 pm.
Stone Oak is a highly sought-after area renowned for its top-rated schools and prestigious medical district. Celebrities such as NBA star Tony Parker and actress Eva Longoria have both called it home.
This house is located in the heart of Stone Oak, offering easy access to restaurants, cafes, a fitness center, hair salons, and more, all within a 15-minute walk.
A bus stop is in the 5 minutes walking distance. The bus can take you to several major supermarkets.
However, you will need a car to visit all the tourist attractions in town. You can park your car on my driveway under the surveillance of a security camera.
10 minutes drive to Wholefood, Target, HEB (the largest supermarkets in town), golf club, hospitals, etc.
15 mins to airport, 25 mins to downtown (River Walk, The Alamo, etc.), 30 mins to SeaWorld and Six Flags, 50 mins to San Marcos Premium Outlets, 1.5 hours to Austin.no
