This beautifully RENOVATED beach house on Ocean Blvd. is perfect for large families, It accommodating up to 15 guest with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and picnic area, and a private pool with plenty of space for relaxing with family and friends. Located just across the street from a beach access and only a 15 minute walk to all of the popular family friendly attractions located on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach.
This single family beach house was completely remodeled in 2024! WHATS NEW? EVERYTHING!!
It was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, pool, grill, even the grass and the palm tree are new.
The first floor living room features comfortable beach life décor, a 60 inch smart Roku TV and several seating areas to enjoy. The large dining table will seat up to 14. Plus, you have a small breakfast table only steps away that seats 4 as well as a bar with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals. There is also a laundry room/half bath with a full size washer & dryer located on this floor,
The second floor has a game room with a foosball table, basketball game and theater area. There is a large balcony overlook Ocean Boulevard where you can people watch or get a glimpse of the ocean.
