Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. Summary: Overall our group was not satisfied with this property. There were a number of cleanliness concerns, the most notable of which are listed below: -Black mold surrounding the ice dispenser on the fridge, which we noticed a couple days into our stay. Thankfully no one got sick from using those ice cubes. -Mold covering the pillows on the downstairs couches. -Ant problem in the kitchen - there were even instructions on the fridge about how to address the ants (so maybe get pest control in there?) - unfortunately, the vinegar spray referenced on the note was nowhere to be found under the sink so we had to smoosh them as we saw them. -Filthy screens and windows - I know the window washing is a constant need, but the screens (particularly in the 3-season room) were gross and obviously had not been cleaned in a very, very long time. In general it was just not well cleaned or maintained. It needs some touching up (numerous construction issues that were minor but caught our eyes and just made the place overall look shoddy) and attention for sure. Though the neighborhood is quiet and Sandbridge Beach is lovely, we would not return to this property.
